Throughout his career, Jim has achieved over $1 billion in sales volume, helping more than 1,000 homeowners achieve their dreams of buying or selling their homes. He has managed portfolios of single-family and multi-family properties, handling developments ranging from 1 to 425 units with expertise in both property management and marketing.

Before obtaining his real estate license in 1998, Jim had a successful career in retail entrepreneurship. In 2003, he began building homes and has constructed residences in Cobb, Dekalb, Hall, Forsyth, Lumpkin, and Fulton counties. Jim attained a Residential Contractor’s license in Georgia. His excellent people skills, warm demeanor, and intuitive understanding of clients' goals and lifestyles make him an exemplary Realtor®. Originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi, Jim has called Atlanta, Georgia, home since 1991. He pursued his education at Georgia State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, and later received his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys cycling and golf.
